Returns Policy

We know that in certain occasion you feel like returning or replacing the auto part you purchased. So, in this policy we will outline the terms and procedures for replacement, so that you can have smooth experience.
1.Eligibility for Returns
Part must be in original and unaltered condition to keep it suitable for the resale. It should be in original and good packaging along with all the accessories, manual and documents. The return should be initiated within 30 days from the date of invoice. As return after this period may not be accepted and in case it gets accepted. Then, in that case additional charges will be imposed. Moreover, a valid proof of purchase is mandatory to initiate the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
There are certain items that cannot be returned like, the parts that have been customized as per your needs and requirements. Apart from this any part that has been used, installed or altered in a way that it cannot be returned.
3.Return Process
If you wish to return an auto part then in that case, first of all connect with our customer service team to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. As return without RAM number will not be accepted.
Then, while packing all the items include all the accessories and documents along with that. Once, these two things are done ship the package to the address provided by customer service team. Moreover, Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the auto part we will initiate the refund within 7 working days. In case the item does meet our policy criteria, in that case, the return to the customer will be initiated at their own expense.
5.Replacements
In case you receive wrong product (we will try our level best that this does not happen) kindly notify us, within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the issue is confirmed from our end, we will ship the replacement part without any additional cost. In case we do not have replacement in our inventory in that case, we will offer comparable alternative.
6. Core Returns
Once you have received your order, kindly send us the core within 15 days. Incase you are not able to do so; then you are liable to make the payment of $200 as core charges. On the other hand, while placing the order, if the core charges have been deposited along the payment of the part, then the deposited amount for the core will be non-refundable, if you fail to send us the core.
7. Warranty Claims
All the parts come with warranty cover, covering the manufacturing defects. The warranty period differ according to products. To claim your warranty, kindly connect with our customer service team. Along with order details and description of the issues. If your claim gets approved we will provide you with replacement or refund depending on product availability and customer preference.
8. Shipping Errors and Damaged Shipments
In case you receive wrong item, then kindly connect with us and within 7 days we will make all the arrangements for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct part, without any sort of additional cost. In case you receive a damaged shipment kindly contact us. But please note that without delivery receipt or packaging material we will not be able to process your claims.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Make sure to provide correct information including the part’s number and vehicle details. Moreover the part should be installed by qualified professional only, as faulty installation will not be covered under our return policy. Make sure to report any issues with your order to facilitate resolution.
